Device manufacturers, cable providers, networks, advertisers, technology companies and startups are racing to change the face of entertainment. We'll explore the hits and misses, and make some predictions on who will win out.
As a Group Director of Digital Strategy at The Richards Group, John is responsible for creating strategies to shape the entire digital ecosystems of the agency's clients. He's done work for The Home Depot, Microsoft, Walmart, Travelocity and Chick-fil-A, to name a few. John's experience has spanned design, UX and strategy, but his passion has always been staying on top of emerging trends and new technologies.
As a User Experience Architect, Les is responsible for creating experiences and approaches that bridge the gap between the business and the audience through digital vehicles. He's consulted with The Home Depot, Dell, Dow, Pier 1, Denny's and GlaxoSmithKline, as well as small boutique brands catering to niche audiences. Les' experience goes back 25 years to some of the first sites designed for the world's first browser, Mosaic. His own unique approach is a combination of research, anthropology and HCI principles combined to create engagement that stands the test of time and technology.
